As a former prep school and college athlete, I have had a life long interest and dedication to fitness. Fourteen plus years ago I made the transition from a corporate financial executive of 35 years to the fitness world as a personal trainer. As a result, my job is also my passion. I have completed extensive wellness and personal training certifications and continue to explore new and more advanced methods of training for my clients. My clients have various goals and needs and often include recovery from an injury, weight loss, illness (diabetes, cancer, MS, Parkinson's) and general fatigue.
