Personal Training (Studio)

30 minutes: $40.00

Each personal training session is customized specifically for you and your goals. Your program will include core, strength, cardio, and flexibility movements.  We will utilize various modalities including weights, resistance bands , and TRX.

Personal Training(Studio)

60 minutes: $80.00

Each personal training session is customized specifically for you and your goals. Your program will include core, strength, cardio, and flexibility movements.  We will utilize various modalities including weights, resistance bands , and TRX. Your session concludes with stretching to enhance flexibility.

Stretching(Studio)

15 minutes: $15.00

The custom Stretching Session will consist of static stretches in a comfortable position for a period of time, typically between 10 and 30 seconds per stretch. This form of stretching is most beneficial after you exercise for improved muscle recovery.  It also increases range of motion and provides stress relief from tense muscles due to physical or emotional stress.
